Scope of application

This privacy policy applies to the following websites:

Data collected and its processing

We process the following data when you visit the above-mentioned websites:

• IP address,
• Date and time of the request,
• Content of the request,
• Volume of data transferred,
• website from which the request comes and
• information about the browser and operating system (so-called user agent headers).

This data is usually stored in log files for one week. The log files are then automatically deleted. Before storage, the IP addresses are anonymized by storing only the first two blocks and zeroing the remaining part of the address. (e.g. 192.168.0.0 or 2001:0db8::).

By default, there is no personal analysis of the log files. For analysis purposes, we reserve the right to compile anonymized statistics from the log files. These statistics are anonymized and do not contain any IP addresses or other personal data. We reserve the right to publish parts of the statistics.

The log files may also be stored for longer to solve problems or defend against attacks. These are then deleted as soon as the reason for storing them no longer applies. In this case, an analysis of the log files may also contain personal data. This data is then only used for the purpose of solving problems or defending against attacks.

The processing of the data specified in this section is not required by law or contract. This processing and storage is necessary to display our website and to ensure stability and security. This corresponds to our legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR.
